A New Tab page designed for people who want something simple, fast, and truly theirs—not just another product that collects their data.
KwikPage started as a personal project designed to solve a simple frustration: we couldn't find a "new tab" extension that allowed us to organize our favorite bookmarks by category without turning the page into a cluttered collage of icons. Every solution we tried was either too simple or too cluttered—so we decided to build it ourselves, exactly the way we wanted it.
Initially, KwikPage was a strictly private extension—used solely by us, for us. There were no plans to make it public; it was simply our day-to-day tool for a more useful new tab. Things changed when the extension happened to appear on a few Twitch streams and in Discord conversations. The reactions of people who saw it and asked where they could get it showed us that we weren't the only ones looking for something like this.
That is how the decision to release KwikPage—and to develop it far beyond its original scope—came about. What started as a simple bookmark organizer gradually evolved into a full-fledged new tab page, featuring a customizable weather widget (with multiple display styles that adapt to the time of day and actual weather conditions), motivational quotes, a to-do list, events, and quick notes—all brought together in a clean interface that each user can tailor to their needs.
Today, KwikPage is free, requires no account, and works on both Firefox and Chrome. We continue to actively develop it with the help of our Discord community, which constantly sends us ideas and feedback—because, just as at the start, we want every new tab to be exactly as useful as it should be, without compromise.
