Privacy Policy

KwikPage.App is a New Tab browser extension made by SuperHori Studios. This policy covers both the extension and this website (kwikpage.app). The short version: there's no account, no telemetry, and nothing is collected on a server we control.

What the extension stores

All your settings, shortcuts, to-dos, notes, events, and preferences (theme, language, background, etc.) are saved locally, in your browser's own storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to SuperHori Studios — we don't have a server that collects it.

Third-party services the extension talks to

A few features make requests directly from your browser to third-party services, without going through us:

• Weather — Open-Meteo receives your approximate coordinates to return a forecast.
• Approximate location — ipwho.is resolves a city/coordinates from your public IP address. KwikPage.App never requests browser geolocation permission.
• Icons — shortcut favicons load from Google's favicon service, and search-engine icons from DuckDuckGo's icon service.

These services can see your IP address when contacted, like any normal web request. KwikPage.App doesn't add any extra identifying information to these requests.

This website

kwikpage.app doesn't run its own analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and stylesheets from public CDNs (jsdelivr, cdnjs) to render the page, and it uses two third-party embeds — a live chat widget (Tawk.to) and a donation button (Ko-fi) — each of which may set its own cookies and see your IP address when active. See our Cookies Policy for details on what that means.

What we don't do

• No tracking cookies or advertising identifiers.
• No analytics or telemetry, in the extension or on the website.
• No selling or sharing of data — we don't have any to sell.
• No reading of your browsing history.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → "Reset all data" inside the extension at any time, or simply uninstall it — your browser automatically clears the storage that belongs to it.

Children's privacy

KwikPage.App isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect any information from anyone, regardless of age — there's simply nothing to collect.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it in our changelog.
